MONDAY'S MOTIVATION: 'CHALLENGE YOUR CHALLENGES(1).

  
  These are the things to do to Challenge your Challenges:
1. You must Face Reality.
2. You must have the Right Mind-set/Attitude.
3. You must know your Internal motives/Drivers.
4. You must have Hope.
5. You must Persist and Persevere.
6. You must have a Plan and Act Upon It.
7. You must know How, What and Win.

*FACING REALITY: 

  This us about Responding rather than Reacting. It is about
allowing our brains to override our emotions so we can see the challenge for what it is (It's real size and nature). When we do this, we can put much efforts to match the requirements of the obstacles, difficulties or problems we face.

*RIGHT MIND-SET/ATTITUDE:

  To Challenge your Challenges, you must cultivate the right mindset. This starts with belief in your purpose, ability, yourself, your potential for overcoming obstacles etc. If you believe it, You can achieve it. Belief starts with internal dialogue, then, Motivation and Momentum have to take root on the inside, so look inside and find it. With these, you can defeat any Obstacle.
